Francisco Guzmán

Francisco E. Guzmán is originally from Puerto Rico and has lived in Florida since 2003. He is happily married to Vilma Ramos and has five beautiful children: Glorimar, Saritsia, Frances, Joan Omar, and Fausto, eleven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
He initially attended Gabriela Mistral High School in Caparra Terrace, Río Piedras, Puerto Rico. He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico in 1973.
In his professional, economic, financial, and administrative career, he worked as an Auditor at Price Water House & Co. and Cost Accounting Manager at Timex, LTD. Later, at Puerto Rico Sun Oil, Co. in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, he held positions as Financial Analyst and Administrator of the International Insurance Complex, including “TOVALOP” (Tankers Owners Voluntary Agreement) and branches of three corporations. Puerto Rico Sun Oil Co., Yabucoa Sun Oil Co., and Puerto Rico Sun Realty. Later, he served as Supply Chain Materials Manager at The Coca-Cola Company in Cidra, Puerto Rico. He later became CEO of Francisco E. Guzmán, Inc., a company dedicated to the transportation of general cargo, hazardous materials, explosives, and heavy equipment. He was also CEO of G & R Transport, Inc., a company responsible for consolidating materials, combining different shipments from different companies into a single container, both locally and internationally (LTL).
In 2003, he retired and emigrated to Florida, United States, where he began a new adventure. He dedicated himself to training in the digital field, as he saw how the Internet was beginning to take over the social, economic, and financial world. During this journey, he earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Orlando, Florida, with a GPA of 3.42. He then pursued a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance (Forensic Auditing) from Keller Graduate School of Management in Orlando, Florida, with a GPA of 3.40. Motivated by the current political, business, and social climate, he began advanced doctoral studies with two residencies in Tennessee in the field of Business Administration Leadership at the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies, with a GPA of 3.44.
As a member of Calvary Church, Pastor Nilsa Ramos approached him and asked him to assist her in the treasury department of Medical Missions Saving Lives, Corp. At this moment, he realized that the Lord had called him to put all his knowledge and years of experience in Financial and Managerial Accounting to work for the glory of the Lord.
